Sautéed Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/3 cup onions, diced
- 2 fillets of anchovies in olive oil
- 1/2 pound fresh green beans
Method:
- Heat up the olive oil in a pan on medium heat
- Add the garlic and onions. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute
- Add the anchovies. Sauté for 30 seconds or until they have broken up in the pan
- Add the green beans and sauté at high heat for 1 to 2 minutes
